I have my background in Communications and HR and leadership roles with 25 years in the automotive industry.
Over the years I have developed a deep knowledge and experience in what it takes to drive Culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in a global organization in a highly competitive industry.
I met and trained more than 1000 leaders in Unconscious Bias Training and DE&I workshops. Other achievements also include implementing a global parental leave policy, creating awareness on LGBTQ+ as well as driving a number of global initiatives to increase awareness and gender balance as well as creating an inclusive culture in the organization .
In a global, connected and fast pacing world, I believe it's so important that an inclusive culture and leadership continues to promote innovative, creative, respectful and inclusive working environments for every individual – regardless of gender or nationality, background and experience.
Since September 2021 I run my own business, with the purpose to support and develop leaders, teams and organizations to go from less talk to more action in making a diverse, equal and inclusive environment really come to life and be fully integrated in the workplace.
I want results that make a real difference, helping
customers to identify the why, what and how to become a truly diverse and
inclusive leader and organization - and to fully experience the clear
connection to business benefits and being an attractive organization for talent, clients and consumers.
I am certified in Equality/Gender/Leadership (JGL) for boards provided by Säkra Kvinnor and LEDA20.
Moreover I am one of the initiators of Diversity Charter Sweden's operations in Gothenburg and am a mentor in several organizations such as Öppet Hus, Nyföretagarcentrum Väst and Mitt Liv.
